Basis of Sale

For commercial use warranty, products not exclusively used in a private and domestic setting are not covered. Warranty becomes void if items are used in a commercial or public environment.

Accessories and gifts are not covered by this warranty; however, a 30-day money-back guarantee is offered for items unsuitable for their intended purpose.

Our lights come with British plugs; European adapters will be provided for international orders.

Ownership of goods transfers upon full payment receipt. No credit services are currently offered. A receipt is issued upon order placement.

Enforcement failure by us won’t affect our right to enforce remaining terms. The company may modify terms, but changes won’t affect existing contracts.

Collection from Our Warehouse (Mon-Fri)

Contact us at info@uniquedecor.co.uk to schedule collection if you arranged it. We reserve the right not to accept or cancel orders under specific conditions.

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed in full using the original payment method.

Prices listed are accurate at the order placement time. If a pricing error is discovered within 60 days, options include placing a new order at the correct price, canceling the order, or canceling the entire order.

Return Policies

Returns & Exchanges Accepted. Buyers cover return postage costs. If items aren’t returned in original condition, buyers are responsible for loss in value. Return & Exchange Window: 14 Days.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Goods

Inspect packages upon arrival. If damaged, mark the delivery note accordingly or refuse the delivery. For damaged, faulty, or incorrect goods, contact us within 14 days with photo evidence.

Notify us of non-delivery within 7 days for investigation. We aren’t liable for undelivered goods after 14 days if non-delivery isn’t reported.
