Refund and Returns Policy

At Unique Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item or it arrives damaged, please review the following information regarding our returns and refund policies.

Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@uniquedecor.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with return instructions.
  • Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for covering return postage costs. If items are not returned in their original condition, the buyer may be held responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds

  • Inspection and Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item shows signs of use or is missing original packaging).

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or replacement due to damage or defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@uniquedecor.uk. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Upon Delivery: Please inspect your item upon arrival. If it appears damaged, mark the delivery note accordingly or refuse delivery.
  • Reporting Damages: Contact us within 14 days of receiving damaged, faulty, or incorrect goods, including photo evidence of the issue. We will arrange a return and offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
  • Non-Delivery: If your item has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please inform us within 7 days so we can investigate. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims for non-delivery after 14 days if no report was made.

Important Notes

  • Custom or Special Orders: Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
  • Return Window: All return and refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
